I am writing to you on behalf of the St. Thomas Gun Club, both to introduce our club and to seek your
support for the upcoming 2025 amateur season.
As the new management of the club, my wife Richelle and I have been working diligently to enhance the
club's facilities and expand its membership base. We have successfully doubled the club's membership,
and have attracted more visiting shooters from accross the province, making us one of the largest gun
clubs in Ontario.
Our primary source of revenue comes from the targets (coloured clay disks) we throw, and we are
seeking sponsorships to help us further invest in the club. With your support, we can continue to
promote a safe and clean environment for trapshooting enthusiasts in the region.
The 2025 season will witness nine registered events starting in May and ending in October. We are
thrilled to announce that the club will also be hosting the 2025 OPTA (Ontario Provincial Trapshooting
Association) Trapshooting Championship from July 1-6, which is expected to draw over 200 shooters for
the six-day event. Additionally, we will be creating a full-year shoot program booklet that will be
distributed to over 300 shooters, highlighting the events scheduled at the club throughout the year.
In return for your generosity, we are offering various sponsorship opportunities, ranging from Level 1 to
Level 6, with benefits such as naming rights for events, full-page ads in the annual-handbook, and
promotion on our website and social media platforms. Your logo will also be featured prominently on our
club's website, in the annual handbook, and in out social media post. (Naming rights, a full page ad in
the annual handbook as well as your logo placement on website for levels 6,5 & 4)

- Level 6 - $3500 (Includes naming rights for a memorial event and a full-page ad in the annual handbook)
- Level 5 - $2000 (Includes naming rights for a two-day event and a full-page ad in the annual handbook)
- Level 4 - $1000 (Includes naming rights for a single day event and a full-page ad in the annual handbook)
